They were prompt and delivered as expected. They also offered to me a chance for the buyer to have the house re-inspected and written up for just another 100.00 dollars if they use them. They were through and detailed, they gave me pictures of all items written up and emailed them to me. I gave them to my realtor and they were thrilled. I will use them on my next house in Tarpon Springs Fl.
