Some of my furniture was damaged. They messed up the line that goes to my washer. They scratched lot of my furniture. They scratched lot of my appliances and stuff. The guys were young and inexperienced. The guys were nice. They worked very hard. But, I thought they'd be more experienced. The owner, who I had been in contact with throughout the month before the move, never called me the day before the move. So, I was worried that they weren't on board. So, I had to call him two or three times before I finally got a call late in the afternoon at about six o'clock saying, "We're going to be there in the morning." I thought that was unprofessional. They had no tools. They brought no tools to take things apart. I had to give them all the tools. They put all the components and hardware up on my expensive furniture. I had to tell them, "You can't do that. You can't put screws and stuff on thousands of dollars of furniture. It will scratch it." So, we had to watch everything. But they were young kids. There wasn't anybody older to supervise them. They were teenagers. I think the oldest kid might have been 23 years old. But they worked really hard and they did the best they could. But, it was just a young crew and they were very inexperienced. They worked really hard and got everything done but there was some damage done. Then the owner came back to my house. I showed him some of the stuff. He said he would pay for the washing machine. I gave him the bill and he said he would take care of it. About three weeks later, he gave me a check. It was $200 for the damage for the washing machine. That's all I asked for. He paid $100 and he never called me and never said anything else. I was pretty disappointed. They wrapped things in the truck, but it's when they were taking things apart. They weren't handling them properly. They were putting screws up on the furniture. I don't know how my washer dryer got all scratched. It did look like they wrapped everything. But, I don't know how my stuff got scratched. I showed him everything. Next time, I'm going to have to do a lot more research for a professional company and make sure that the owner is going to be on site and make sure I know who the mover is going to be. They charge you twice the professional prices. But then they have kids. It's just not the way to do business. There was no communication. There were some good things and there were some bad things.

Moves Plus Inc sales representative Mark and his team (James and Mark) exceeded our expectations on both sides. Packing our storage PODS and unpacking our PODS at our new home. Our packing of the PODS with Mark and James was so outstanding that we asked for them for the unpacking. They were very professional, friendly, and efficient. What was amazing was when I found out that I could only have one POD on property at a time since they both would not fit in my driveway (HOA rules) I had to reschedule the PODS and now had to have moving crew come twice. Mark again came to the rescue and worked with me at a moments notice when scheduling the 2nd POD delivery was wrong. He was professional and again went above and beyond to meet our needs. I would not think twice about recommending Moves Plus Inc. They are an incredible Team. Thank you again for all your hard work.....

Jeremy called to say he was on the way. When they arrived (I have two Yorkies one who doesn't care for strangers) Jeremy and Justin took the time to let the pup know they weren't there to hurt anyone.) Jeremy is very knowledgeable about all the products the company has to offer. I asked Jeremy if we could Hang the TV in the Family room and pull the cords through the wall into the Master-bedroom closet including hooking up our blue ray which sits on the closet self. I was very excited he could do this. When they finished the job and went to test it thinking we were all set...We weren't we had to call Bright House to reboot...That didn't work Jeremy and Justin went right back to work found the problem and fix it. Did not leave untill the job was done correctly. We discussed a Bose sound Bar and will be having that installed hopefully by Jeremy and Justin soon.

Great experience. They showed on time, were dressed professionally, very knowledgable and careful during the move. They accomplished the move within the contracted time. We were very happy. A very good value. They didn't have any hidden fees. Will definitely use them again for an in-city / in-county move.

We have hired Mark and his excellent team 3 times over the last 2 years as my boyfriend and I decided to combine our households in phases. They worked safely and efficiently and it made me feel comfortable. My father and mother were cross country furniture movers throughout my childhood and I was pleased to see them package and pad everything just right. In the future when we need to move again (which I am sure we will!!), we will be calling Mark and his team.

They were very nice and hard working. They wrapped everything nicely. They were very careful when moving our grand piano.

They were really good with wrapping the furniture and didn't mark anything up even though we had a two story house. I also found their prices to be very reasonable.
