He is great. He make computer for business. He is taking care of our server and actually he make sure that it work and services done on a monthly basis and whatever we needed in our home or at the office with the computer he is great with them. He has done a good job. He is fast. You can call a person in the office that you can call and they can help you with that to and never had any problems with any of the equipment that he had installed or any of the computers that he made from scratch for our server and we just had him installed Dell commercial printer wired it up and everything just for server and our computers so that we could use it and he brought everything that was necessary to do that and attach to everything. He is a real nice gentleman. He is professional. He cleans up after himself. He is on time. If for something happen like if he has an emergency call for one of the businesses he let us know he’s not going to be there and he get to us as soon as he can but if it’s been a business if we have a problem he gets to us right away and takes care of it and if he can’t get right there he check out remotely you know he can get on to our computers remotely and check everything out and he has been able to fix glitches that we have a problem that we’ve had remotely and that’s really wonderful when you have a business and you need to do your emails or whatever contracts or whatever you need do that he can fix the computer remotely and you’re up and running back again.

They were able to provide us with a new customized computer at a far lesser price than we would have had to pay a retailer.  Also set up a wireless network printer for three computers.  I would definitely use them again.

We had problems with a laptop that had been infected by a virus we were unable to remove.  We talked to Frank at Mobile Computer Services and he couldn't have been more accommodating.  He even allowed us to drop the computer off at his home because we weren't able to get by his office during normal work hours.  He did the work quickly and we had our computer back the next day.

His price was very cheap. He is very prompt; he will be here within 24 hours of my call and show up right on time. He does a good service is very friendly.

It went very well. He was very professional and he cleaned up our computer so it boots up much quicker now. He listened to our questions often times when I was asking him about the desktop and my husband was asking him about the laptop. He made sure that all of our questions were answered and even told us to call the office if I needed a refresher on what he showed us and a guy could walk us through the steps over the phone for free. He had no problems, he didn't freeze up our computer or loose any data or any of the horror stories that I read about on Angie's List. I feel that he knew exactly what he was doing and was very professional in working with us.

Frank is great and a lifesaver!!! He came over to the house the same afternoon I called him. Based on the error message, he knew the hard drive had crashed. He took our tower back with him. He was able to retrieve all of our data and get us set up on a new tower by the next morning. He had great recommendations on security (a virus had caused the hard drive to crash), suggesting how we could keep our Windows XP operating system. He patiently went over the features of the new computer, answering any questions I had. He also explained how I could back up the hard drive myself, since we had a lot of pictures stored on the computer.

My computer decided to stop booting on Sunday night. I tried all the tricks I knew and decided it was time for a professional's help. After looking the Angie's list for a rated vendor I found Frank. He was near my home and even though he had only 2 reports so far after calling him I felt comfortable giving him a try. He called me the same day with a diagnosis and within 36 hours I had the machine back in my hands working better than before! Thank you Frank!

Outstanding, overall.

Oh my Gosh! Frank came over within 30 minutes of my initial call. He tried to repair it in my home, but was unable to, due to the extent of the virus involved. Thankfully, he returned it in perfect condition, including updated programs, on the next business day. He is EXTREMELY easy to deal with and answers phone calls promptly. Frank really and truly wants you to be happy and comfortable with your computer, even if that means answering goofy questions! I am SO impressed with his service and his professionalism!
