When I told the store manager that I was unhappy with the range, he arranged for pickup AND he was able to locate my old range and have it re-delivered. No questions asked. My old range was in perfect condition, just as it was when it had been picked up.

The material is great. Their workmanship was fast, and they did it on time, they cleaned up after themselves, and they came back to check on everything. The workmen were intelligent, they knew their product and they knew their job. I had 4 estimates, and theirs was the best price. The quality of work was excellent, I couldn't ask for better. They were very professional, and they were here on time.

I purchased the cabinets and they were supposed to give me a 5% discount that they did not apply, but I had to remind them to honor what they said. They were also supposed to set-up an install appointment and no one called to help me out with this.

We have no issues with Lowe's. You bring your can in and replace it. It's simple and easy. You just bring in your old can and switch it out for a new one. You pay the exchange fees. Lowe's offers a 10% military discount.
