John is one of the 2 partners. John was always on time and here when he said he would be. He went above and beyond the call of duty. There were a few mistakes which I mentioned and they were fixed with no problem. He also did a few things I didn't want to waste time doing myself which he repaired as well. I would recommend him to anyone. If john doesn t get it right the first time just be honest and upfront with him. Don t get in his face and he ll be more than willing to correct the problem. Very personable.

The project was handled very well from beginning to end. Their engineer, Adianno, did the measuring and installing. Once the shutters were made, he met the date and time he said he would be there to begin installation. He was very pleasant and very particular. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up as he went.
