The vinyl was very strong and water proof. The customer service were nice, I didn't really have any problem, the only problem I had was that certain materials were not in stock so I had to wait.

Customer service is excellent! Willing to demonstrate how to operate the equipment safely. Always supply additional fuel and lubricants with rental devices. If and when you do have problems, they've always been willing to either give you credit by either money or to replace the unit depending on what I want. Always willing and helpful, regardless.

I had seen these bathtub enclosures at Home Depot and the price was about $499. I thought, well I can?t install that myself and I didn?t know anybody to do it for me. So, I opened a credit card at Home Depot and asked them to send someone to look at my bathroom. My bathroom is the size of a closet, a very small bathroom.  


The guy came and I told him what I wanted. He asked me a lot of questions and I answered the questions based on what I wanted. He said it would be about $6,000. I asked if I could get a break down of that estimate, because it seemed astronomical to me. He said, ?yea, he would send me an estimate via email.? He sent me an estimate of $6,000 with no break down.
The man was extremely arrogant! I felt like his attitude towards me was like he could get the maximum amount of money out of me, because I wouldn?t know any better. Which is why I am afraid to have these people come into my house, because they are disrespectful to women, period! So. I canceled my credit card with Home Depot. 


He wanted me to okay this on the spot! I said that is a lot of money to install a bathtub. He said, they always suggest a tenth of the value of the house for remodeling a bathroom is okay or is suggested. I said, but you are not remodeling a bathroom, you are just putting replacing a bathtub! He said, no it is remodeling. It was just a very frustrating interaction between this person and myself.
I called Home Depot and complained about the guy and they were just like, ?well, whatever!? I never had the work done. They are disrespectful, they should be more respectfully to the people that they are going to provide the service to. The person regarded me as a person that would pay whatever he asked. Totally unreasonable quote.
