I met with Jane in July and hired them to do weekly house keeping. We agreed that I would provide my own vacuum, bucket and mop, and they would provide all the other cleaning supplies. As part of my agreement in hiring them, Jane would be at all (or most) cleanings. Over the last several weeks, she sent people from her crew and stopped coming each week. Last week, someone from her team broke the faucet in the garden tub and the guest bath. I was never told that there might be potential damage, I found out on my own. Also, I provided a Dyson canister vacuum for them to use and the cradle that holds the handle to the canister is damaged - but still usable. I notified Jane (by phone and email) of the problems. I had to repeatedly contact her to get a response. She came out and we reviewed the damages. She said she would provide her insurance contact information to file a claim. It took an email and multiple phone calls to get her insurance agent information. Jane said she would also check with agent to find out the process on filing a claim. She said she would call them, and call me back. I didn't hear back from her (and my calls to her were immediately sent to voice mail), so I called the agent to get the process moving. While all this was happening, she didn't show for my regular cleaning appointment. I called and got her voice mail trying to find out if they were going to be late or not coming at all. Jane returned my call, and said she was not able to get any one to help her that day, and would not be able to clean. So far all of my follow up calls to her go directly to voice mail. I would definitely NOT hire or recommend them.

I purchased a coupon for 6 hrs of cleaning for $99. The company sent two cleaners. They arrived on time and were very professional. They listened to instructions carefully and did everything I asked them to do.

I first contacted Generation Green 3 months ago after going through a string of poor to mediocre housekeepers.  As anyone who has someone who cleans their house knows, its so difficult to find someone that you both trust and does a good job.  After having 6 or 7 cleanings at this point, clearly I have found that!  Generation Green has several house keepers on staff which has allowed them to be very flexible when it comes to cleaning times when needed.  The women are all professional, courteous, and above all else, do an excellent job.  I hire someone to clean my home because I want to save time and have it left in better condition than I could manage.  That is easily accomplished with Generation Green.  The owner, Jane, is great to work with and the one time I had a complaint about one of the women who first came out, she made sure that the ladies who came back were people I wanted to have here.  Additionally they go above and beyond when checking with my satisfaction and have never left without making sure everything is in order and I really appreciate the communication from Jane after the fact to make sure I was happy.  All for a very fair price.
Bottom line?  This is the most satisfied I've been with my house keeping in a long time!

Jane and her crew Showed up exactly on time. Three very friendly ladies. I was home throughout but stayed in my office.
I have 1800 sq ft 3/2 home that has very high cathedral ceilings and all tile floor. Crew was here for approx 5 hours and the over all cleaning was good. My son has excessive amount of toys so a lot time was spent getting those picked up. Some Detail was missed such as baseboards and spiderwebs in areas of ceilings also a hall closet was overlooked but all in all was not enough for me to call them back out which I am sure It would have been taken care of.

Extremely thorough!  Hired for regular service - bi-monthly.

It went great!  Jane responded to my initial call very soon after I left a message and she made an immediate effort to get out to my house and give an estimate.  She and her business partner Mike came to my house the next day, asked me questions about why I had fired my last cleaning service and did a thorough walk-thru with me, asking which areas I tend to focus on, etc.  Jane and Mike are both excellent communicators, always keeping me posted via phone or text on the cleaning schedule, and following up on our satisfactions with their services.  The house is clean, they use eco-friendly products (Amway and Simple Green), and the price is reasonable.  I would certainly recommend their services to my friends and neighbors.

I called Jane for an estimate for an initial deep cleaning and bi-weekly housecleaning.  She came immediately after I called her (she happened to be in the area) to give me an estimate, and she worked me into her schedule for an overall cleaning on short notice.  She was courteous, knowledgeable and professional.  She did a very thorough job with the initial cleaning and worked very hard for 4 hours straight.  My husband and I hired her to come bi-weekly in the future.  She has a very warm and welcoming disposition, and she cleans with environmentally safe products which is very important to me.

Jane is the owner of a small housecleaning company that gives very personalized services.  She returned my phone call promptly.  She gave an estimate over the phone.  She followed up a phone call confirming the date and time the night before.  She knew I was in a time crunch and added more people to come and clean.  I was having an event at our home and expecting 60 - 100 people.  I needed an overall clean not a deep clean.  Since I needed specific things done, she made a list and checked with me at the beginning to ensure that everything I needed was done at that time.  Even with the time crunch, they deep cleaned my bathrooms.  All were professional and polite.  They did what I had asked them to do.  If I had given them more time they would have done a deeper clean, for example moving the fridge and stove away from the wall and cleaning behind them.  I would absolutely use them in the future.
