Shows up every week on the same day and timely.  I can rely on them being punctual and doing a great job.  They are friendly and always do a great job.  The service is always 100% complete and done correctly the first time.  We have never had issues with any part of the lawn being ruined.  We also have a new born and they make sure to schedule times around the baby being awake as to not disturb her.  This to me shows going above and beyond expectations from a customer service standpoint.  After shopping around, they were also the cheapest and most affordable lawn service in the area that I found.  I will continue to refer this company and use them for as long as I possibly can.
