I am very disappointed in the products sold and the servicing experience in doing business with Claudio and his company first choice electrical solutions. I have used this company for numerous installations of various products they sold me throughout my homes. (alarm camera system, various sound systems etc.) I chose to pay more for these products from this company because I felt that the installation and product service was worth doing so. I could not have been more wrong in making this decision. Everything installed by this company is malfunctioning or not working. I have called Claudio many times asking him to please come back to my home and simply fix what he installed. He is not returning my calls. To date I have spent well over $10,000 on his products / services and I am very disappointed.
