Fackler Home Inspection is an independently owned and operated Real Estate and Commercial Inspection Company. We have been in operation – here in Florida – since 1998. We have been here and provided inspections, long enough to see entire neighborhoods be built. Fackler Home Inspection offer prompt inspection scheduling. We provide on- site report submittal (called a field report -normally 17 to 18 pages) and accept traditional payment methods including Master Card and Visa at time of inspection. A thorough “Quality Assurance” review is performed in our office as photos and Summary of Inspection Letter are prepared. These documents as well as any additional service inspection reports are prepared and then e-mailed to our client and any other person or agency of their choice and direction. Don’t need a Full Home Inspection??? Ask about or Combination Insurance and WDO Inspection Package. The perfect fit for those who choose not to - or do not require a Full Real Estate Inspection. Zoe and company were very prompt, courteous, and professional. They performed a thorough wind mitigation inspection on my new home, and because they were able to identify and show pictures of certain features used during construction, my homeowner’s insurance policy was reduced by 45%. Excellent service and price, and I will definitely be using them in 11 months for a whole house inspection just before the builder warranty expires.

Start to finish, exceptional quality inspection in every way! Thorough and concise, completely above and beyond including all communications and reports were delivered in an electronic format which made for super fast delivery to loan approval department at the credit union. It went very well.
My first connection, by telephone, to Zoe Fackler, was friendly, courteous, and most informative. The service provider, Dennis Fackler, arrived promptly, at the appointed time, and he performed the inspections in a complete, yet timely manner. He asked questions, measured, took photographs, etc.
I received all reports and paperwork in a timely manner, and Zoe Fackler was excellent in communicating, throughout.
I would not hesitate to utilize their services again, and I highly recommend them to other potential customers.

This was our second home being inspected by Dennis and I didn't think twice about going with him the second time. The first time my wife (then fiance) and I were very nervous and confused by many things going on they never teach you these things in school so he took his time with us and explained everything and any questions we had. He uncovered many items the seller was not willing to fix (until we began to back out of the contract) but we became aware of the flood zone/insurance hikes (wont get into it on this review.
But to cut to the chase he definitely knows his stuff, and if we ever look to purchase another home we know who we are going with to inspect it!

This was the second home FHI inspected for us. Zoe (the inspector) saved us from purchasing a home we liked due to the depth of the inspection which showed wood rot, termite damage, many electrical issues and the fact that permits had expired without final inspection. The second home she inspected was given the same through attention as the first where she pointed out minor deficiencies that were not show stoppers but things to watch in the future and one very important issue, the electrical panel which did not meet code. As a result of this inspection the seller agreed to split the cost of a new panel and we agreed to purchase the home.

Not well, they did a cursory inspection and missed a lot of items. Don't think they are knowledgable about what is expected or required.

"I am terribly sorry you were so unhappy with our inspection of this 1936 - 850 sq. foot apartment to condo conversion. Attention had to be given to items updated / upgraded during the 2004 total remodel of this unit to determine quality of workmanship and adherence to building standards in place at time of remodel. And from there, identifying items not upgraded and/or that were now failing due to differed maintenance. After numerous attempts – we obviously failed to communicate well with you. Again I am very sorry for your dissatisfaction."

My inspection was scheduled promptly. The reports received were very detailed yet easy to understand given my very limited experience. The reports included a summary and pictures of problem areas as well as guidance on potential remediation. Although I was aware of potential huge issues (i.e. black mold), I felt at ease with the results due to their clear communication.

Zoe got my inspection scheduled promptly. She then showed up on time and did two thorough inspections and provided me with suggestions on some improvements that I might want to make that were outside the scope of the inspection. The only problem that I had was that the original wind mitigation report she produced had a typo indicating that the house had an asphalt shingle roof rather than the concrete tile roof that it actually had. It took a couple of iterations to then get a complete corrected report with pictures. Zoe was responsive to my requests for updates throughout this process.
