they are very courteous, all in all, I was satisfied with their work. they were here in less than 2 hours and solved the problem. they cleaned up after themselves and the price was reasonable. he was knowledgeable and knew what needed to be done, you could tell he takes pride in what he does, and I would defiantly recommend them. if I ever had another problem I will call them

Aladino fixed my AC in record time. I had a previous AC company who did not do me justice and falsely told me my compressor wasn't working without checking anything else that could be wrong (on a 2 year old, very expensive unit) My elderly aunt is with me visiting and the AC went out for 4 days in a week of record temps (April 2020). I got on a neighborhood site and a very nice man recommended Element Solutions to me. I called Aladino right away and he came out yesterday at 9pm after working a long, hard day. He had faith right away that it was probably the capacitor, and he was correct. I cancelled the other company permanently (even though I have a lifetime contract with them). My trust with them is non existent and now Element Solutions is my go to AC company.

AL has been to my house twice for Air and once for Heat. I will never use another HVAC technician. He is fantastic. Very reasonable on his prices and a fast worker. Al and is crew did an amazing job in replacing our old central air & heating systems. Very responsive and really took the time to put in the system correctly. We would recommend Al and is crew at Element Solutions Air Conditioning to anyone. From completely broken system to fully working and new within 24 hrs. These guys are amazing.

I can's say well enough about Element. Alle the owner had called shortly after I'd entered my service request info. He came by today and his candor about what he found inspecting my unit was upfront and I got excellent analysis, advice, recommendations and above all quality work at a reasonable price. I let him place a magnetic placard on my air handler for readily available contact info for my future service - Element is my GO TO company for future HVAC work.

Ollie was very professional. During his initial visit he explained everything that needed to happen after he diagnosed the issue. He took care of obtaining a new replacement coil via the warranty department with Lennox. The next day he had one of his employees to replace the AC coil. Ollie also came onsite to verify all is well after the installation and testing. I highly recommend Element Solution for you AC/HVAC needs.

He was honest and even extended the PVC to my design pipe so I may pour cleaner down the drain pipe to keep it clear

Ali was outstanding! Our home was not cooling for a week. He agreed to come over after we got home from work, walked us through the system and found what was wrong immediately. He got us up and running that night. We had a leak in the coils. We decided to replace and he did an AWESOME JOB and it was completed within 24 hours, again doing the work after we got home. He has excellent customer service and cares about his customer and does not try to sell you something that is not needed. I have found my AC guy and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Ali!!

The tech was a complete pro. He was a repairman, not a salesman.

One of the three companies recommended by Home Advisor for my leaking A/C was Elements Solutions and because of the many positive reviews, I decided to call them. Ali offered to come the next morning so I accepted. He came earlier than the appointed time which I appreciated. He quickly fixed the leaking drain pipe and even cleaned the evaporator coils and checked the system pressure. He charged me a fair price and even gave me my senior discount. Needless to say, I am happy with the service.

These guys are top shelf. I'm very happy with the money that I spent replacing my 35 year old central a/c unit. My only complaint would be that what I was quoted and what I actually paid was a tad off. Make sure you see to this, but given that I got my new a/c within 36 hours, over a weekend, makes up for that in spades. I recommend these guys totally.

I would like to rate them a 10 out of 5. They went out of their way to help us out! They did a phenomenal job for us, their prices are affordable, they are professional, nice, business oriented, and their customer service is the best I have ever seen since living in Florida. They are so professional, on point, don't mess around, and are really just top notch.

Stop reading other reviews you have found your air conditioning guys!! Al will tell you exactly what is wrong what parts you need and will make your system run better than new. If you live in the Tampa Bay Area call these guys they won t do you wrong. Al is a very hard worker and will educate you on things about the air conditioning industry you never knew about. My A/C was frozen up, dirty, had bent lines, defective parts under warranty and was on the low setting for the three years I ve lived in the home. And talk about being there for his customers, he called me after hours just to get my system back up and going.

Absolutely above and beyond. This company is by far, one of the most professional, efficient, nicest, fair priced, company that I could have had working to fix my air conditioner. Thank you so much.
