I do apologize, train care, bro I donâ t know how to delete the one star I was meaning to give to that other company but you were the guys that got it correct I do apologize for any troubles I have Made with review system I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. This company is in partnership with American Water Homeowners Insurance. Beware of Drain Care Pros as they are CON ARTISTS with terrible customer service. My husband and I got a second opinion after receiving their outrageous estimate and saved thousands of dollars. Stay away from this company. They claim they "redefine excellence" which is a LIE. We had a clogged toilet & before you knew it we had to have the toilet removed & then told we needed a new toilet. You know anytime you here that you think you are being taken for a ride. NOT THE CASE. I'm grateful for the patience they showed when being asked a trillion questions & then wanting more detailed explanation & showing what the reasoning was for what they were doing. This is both from the dispatcher (sorry didn't get his name) & Linval & Yusef. Not only were they patient & understanding with our needing an explanation of a 5 yr old, Linval was training Yusef & was speaking/teaching him in such a kind way. I have worked in the business of training people for over 25 years & it just made me smile to see that polite kindness when teaching someone new. Yusuf was also very receptive to anything he was being told/shown. What a great experience!

Linval was on time, professional, and has a great sense of humor. I felt completely at ease having him in my house. He was very courteous, wore shoe covers and a mask upon entering. He explained what could happen, what he will try to do, and there were no surprises. Very nice man and highly recommend.

Jerome did a great job. He had a crew on top of my clean up and plumbing issues after Hurricane Ida in August and he came back today to clear a clog must likely caused by butt wipes. I hope that I don't have to call him again but if I have a problem he will be the 1st one I call.

Arrived within 24 hours of request, $75 consult fee ( applicable to repair cost). Was not able to tell me what was wrong but replaced with upgrade , partial haul away … (forgot items). A little pricier than expected .

I had this recurring problem and the previous company used to come for the same problem every three month. I called my warranty company and requested them not to send the same company. Linval from Drain Care Pros was send and he surveyed the problem and he solved the problem. He was thorough and took care of it.
