Great company! They're fair in price, they say what they'll do, and they actually do it! They were delayed due to weather so John called me with updates so I wouldn't be left hanging. You don't see that in service companies these days. The employees that came ahead of time to prep the area were very polite. They took all the excess dirt away and they cleaned up after themselves. Very good company!

All I needed was curbing and irrigation. I called Dbest for a quote. then we started talking about pavers. he then said I can do it all. I thought it would be best and save me time. well, its become a severe nightmare with cancellations for one reason or another then too muddy then don't have what I need. then when he finally came to do installlatio or curbing according to contract he was going to do irrigation and curbing same day turns out he just did the curbing and said would come back another day. He then insisted on payment with aggression. I refused and said when you finish the irrigation. If comes back to do irrigation and fix some leaks which he did not fix. I have since canceled the paver job and waiting for a refund. I have not heard back from him. instead of giving him 25%, I gave him 50% down. Please do not put yourself in the same predicament as I am in. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM YOU WILL REGRET IT. I am a 13-year ARMY veteran I encourage all military families to be cautious. Avoid doing business with Dbest In addition.

I wrote them the check on 12/5/20 they cashed it on 12/7/20,. Aftercancelling the installation 7 TIMES they finally showed up to install on 3/13/21 over three months later. Then they told me that they did not brin a hose long enough for the job nor did they bring cleaning supplies. They then stated they would have to ONCE AGAIN reschedule for the following week. I was given the option to cancel and we did! They said they would bring my check back the same day 3/13/21. They never returned with the check and would not answer calls or text messages. Finally on Monday 3/15/21 the responded and said my deposit would have to be scheduled through their accounting department! Really? A check arrived on 3/17/21 and it was a personal business check from Suncoast Schools FCU and written by Jessica and not an accounting firm. I have now scheduled a new company to do the work and it turns out the new company's owners once worked for DBest and finally quit after not being paid for weeks! DBest uses your deposits to pay their bills then wait for another deposit from another customer to buy the supplies for the customer still waiting! Do not use these people as they will defraud you!

We paid our deposit almost 5 months ago and they keep blaming the weather for why it hasn’t been done yet. Now they want to say on a day that’s not supposed to rain that the ground is saturated. It’s been almost 5 months and they couldn’t find one day to do a small concrete curbing job but yet our check for the deposit cleared one week after we gave it to them in May. The owner is rude and clearly has no respect for women. He told me he wasn’t going to argue with me because I am a woman and he is a man. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the State of FL. Do not use this company. They take your money and don’t make you a priority to get the job done especially when you’ve been beyond patient.

This company is awesome.  Superior work, excellent product, fair price, and punctual.  Cleaned up after themselves.  Highly recommend this company.

It went GREAT!! Giancarlo really is very knowledgeable, runs a tight ship, his employees are very courteous, he and his crew clean up every step of the way. Giancarlo even helped me decide which design and color would compliment my pavers as well as my house. The whole job was very organized and came out ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! The price was reasonable too!! I am so glad I picked this Company and I would highly recommend them!!!

They did a really sloppy job. It took them 3 days and I paid them about $1,800.00.

They did a wonderful job. I could not have asked for any better. The project got delayed due to rain, but I am still very happy with the results.
