The toliets were not successfully flushing solids down. Technician came out and replaced the cheap Lennar valves with better grade valves. Also replaced the internals of the toilets. All toliets in the house are now fully functional

MY KITCHEN SINK WAS STOPPED UP.  CURTIS  TECHNICIAN TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW GARBAGE DISPOSAL AND THE DRAIN CLEANED OUT.  HE SAID THE DISPOSAL COST WAS A COUPLE OF HUNDRED DOLLARS. THE TOTAL COST WAS $500.  

 HE BROUGHT THE NEW DISPOSAL  IN AND I LOOKED IT UP ON LINE WHILE HE STOOD THERE AND IT WAS UNDER $1OO. EVEN WITH DELIVERY.   HE THEN WENT OUT TO THE CAR, CAME BACK AND TOLD ME SINCE I WAS A REPEAT CUSTOMER, IT WOULD BE $400.  I ASKED FOR A BETTER DISPOSAL AND HE SAID NO..

.  I GAVE HIM THE SERVICE CHARGE OF $85. AND CALLED IN ANOTHER PLUMBER,  NATHAN WAGEMAN, 818 554 9764
 WHO SAID MY DISPOSAL WAS FINE AND HE CLEANED OUT THE LINE FOR $100..   
THE DISPOSAL DOES WORKS JUST FINE AGAIN. 

 
THIS IS NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS ON CURTIS' PART.  I WAS SO DISSAPOINTED IN THEM.
