Complete Pro Air

I thought they were just absolutely wonderful, best technicians I have seen and I watched them all the way. Our unit comes with a two year service contract having them come out to service the unit every six month. They did an excellent job and we are looking forward to the same tech to coming out to service the unit. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

Brian was very thorough with his work. He spent more time doing a routine maintenance check than any other HVAC company I have worked with before. The replacement of the register boot was done in the same manner. You can tell when someone really puts all their effort into a job and Brian did just that! He explained everything that was done and answered all my questions in a friendly and professional way (I tend to have a lot of questions)! I will definitely call this company back for future maintenance/repairs.

I never write reviews, but had to for this! We heard about Complete Pro Air from our friends when our AC was underperforming and sounded like it was about to die. They came out and not only quickly identified the problem, but also took the time to inspect the rest of our system. Instead of selling us unneeded repairs, our technician showed us how to do some simple DIY maintenance to keep our unit running longer. We were super impressed with how knowledgeable our technician was and how honestly he assessed our needs. Will definitely use again!

I asked about Complete Pro Air's ”Airology” promise that states their belief that "all customers will be treated fairly and honestly with transparency." While this is easy to SAY, the associate from Complete Pro Air PROVED it every step of the way during a thorough 90-minute precision tune-up. In addition to his professionalism and knowledge, he continued working as the sun went down, the mosquitos came out and the rain began to fall. He arrived professionally dressed, in a clean truck armed with the knowledge and tools for the job. He took the time to inspect and clean the outside fan unit - inside and out - including the grill - and explained the importance of air flow through the unit and something as simple as having the unit bolted down. He tested a component that wasn't operating at 100 percent and showed me exactly why he recommended replacing it now, rather than waiting for it to completely fail. I agreed, since that's why I called him out in the first place. He then moved into the garage and thoroughly cleaned and tested the air handler - after taking proper safety precautions. Finally he ensured my thermostat was working properly and explained the importance of using the right air filter - and changing it monthly. With the many dozens of steps he took, I feel confident that he helped me avoid potential system downtime and costly equipment repairs. My family thanks Complete Pro Air. The air is cool now and my house smells great. The technician was very personable and professional. He was here about an hour and a half and thoroughly cleaned my system.
