Canine Cabana is a premium pet care facility offering overnight accomodations, fun doggie daycare, and training. We are endorsed by thousands of clients, leading vets and Jack Hanna, host of Jack Hanna's Into the Wild and Director Emeritus of the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. We provide award-winning, superior care and a state of the art facility including more than a half acre of beautiful outdoor play yards. We provide the best activities in the area with a strong belief in a high level of interactions with all of our guests. All of this produces what our clients want most- happy and healthy pets.

I was disappointed in the program. The trainer was not available at pickup to discuss the day’s activities and progress. There was no documentation detailing the training program so that we could practice at home. I am not convinced that Canine Canaan’s training was any better than what we accomplished on our own.

Professional, clean and our dog loves it here! We can't thank the wonderful staff enough for taking our scared, defensive rescue and turning her into a Dog of the Month. Owners Angie & Kendall have created a Dog Heaven in Riverview. Our thanks to Kara, Shayla, Jason, our "personal Dog Whisperer" Victoria, Super Trainer Kristin and everyone else there. Excelllent place for dog daycare and for boarding. Staff gets a personal connection with your pet, always available (during business hours) for phone calls about status of your pet). Has been helpful in getting our dog to be more social with other dogs....

Trainer came to my home and watched interaction of dogs in their normal environment. Offered suggestions on how to correct behavior and demonstrated training techniques. I also enrolled the young dog in their daycare program so she could run off some extra energy. Worth every penny. The dogs are now getting along much better and the young dog is worn out when she comes home. The training was less than $50 for a half hour. Daycare is approximately $25 per day when purchased as several days in a package.

The staff I've dealt with are great! Professional and very competent. My dog was actually trained there many years ago. However, I really don't care for their indoor accomodations. That's really my only holdback on using this place more. I really trust the staff and like their outdoor setup. If your dog is used to being crated it might be a different story.

Since we have the highest staff to pet ratio in our area, your pet always gets a high level of interaction during every stay. We realize we are higher priced than other facilities in our area. However, we are not willing to compromise our superior safety record, constant supervision with our guests during activities or our exceptional level of care. They excel in all areas! The staff is amazing and you can tell that everyone there loves their job!! They love seeing my girl, Georgia and they have always given me a piece of mind when I leave her there for the day or for lodging. They post pictures daily on their Facebook page so you can see how much fun all the dogs are having. They do provide the option of having a birthday party for your pup as well. I am planning one for the near future and I will post a comment about it as well.

First off I would like to say that I believe our two dogs received excellent care and thoroughly enjoyed themselves while at this facility. We were excited everyday at seeing photos of them on Facebook having fun and playing. Unfortunately, the shock came when we picked them up and received our final bill. We love our dogs and are willing to pay for them to receive quality care. However, I spent quite a bit of time going over the packages with the girl at check in and finally deciding on what we would like for them. The price I was quoted was significantly cheaper than what we ended up being charged. When I explained this to the girl at checkout she said she would be happy to go over the services provided. I asked her to please do that and she, of course, was able to account for all charges. She could not print me a copy at the time because the system was down but said she would e-mail it to me. Lesson learned...get a printed quote of what the final cost should be to ensure there is no miscommunication and that your vacation doesn't end on a sour note.

Canine Cabana is our dog's home away from home! There is no other provider we would take him to. The Cabana and its staff are like family to us--from the personal attention to the training to the superior knowledge of "dog language" and animal behavior, we trust them implicitly with the health and well-being of our dog. Special events are held monthly based on a theme or holiday, which is another way the Cabana personalizes its service--not to mention the amazing birthday parties that can be booked for your special pooch!
Our Aussie knows when it is Cabana day, and can hardly contain his excitement until he gets in the car. Then as soon as we make the final turn onto the road leading to the Cabana, he barks non-stop until he can get out and go in!!!

Nellie, our West Highland white terrier, has been attending Canine Cabana since she was six months old. That was 31/2 years ago. I can not begin to explain how well behaved our dog has become, how tired out after a day running with the other dogs her size, and well adjusted she is to all different situations. We love Canine Cabana...plus they have great parties for the dogs too!

We took our dog to doggie daycare and to get a bath. The people were wonderful! When we picked him up, they gave us a report about how he did with the people who worked there and the other dogs. It was very helpful information for our 18 mo. old bully. :) I could tell that our dog enjoyed it, too!
