I paid him half of the cost and he didn't come back. He could have know his job, he would come and then go away for days. He did some tile and replaced rotted wood around the eves. The workmanship was good on the eves.
He did terrible on the back splash. He was to remove wallpaper and paint the kitchen. He left before the wallpapering was done.
