affordable dumpster rental

Turns out Gus Llerenas, the owner is located in Florida and they just call the drivers in local areas across the US to deliver the dumpsters. The problem is that between them and the dumpster drivers there is horrible communication. Also they are not officially under Affordable Dumpster so when mistakes happen neither the driver of company wants to accept responsibility. When they make an enormous mistake they are in possible to get a hold of. Here is what happened on why I hope no one ever uses Affordable Dumpster Rental. They were suppose to deliver a dumpster on Monday. They never showed up and on Tuesday I was pouring concrete for my driveway. So I told them not to show up until Friday or the following Monday so that the concrete can dry and I can fix the grading around the concrete. They agreed. I show up the next (Wednesday) morning at 8:15 am and they delivered the dumpster!!! The truck unloaded the dumpster and broke all the concrete (see photos). The city inspector made me replace everything. I spoke to Gus who said he understood and would pay to fix it. OK, great. Mistakes happen. I got it fixed and sent him the invoice for $3,150. I spoke to him once and he said it was more than he expected and it wasn't one of his drivers because they contract out the jobs. However, he said he would get back to me again within a week. I did not hear from him for 3 weeks. I called and emailed multiple times and nothing. After a month we briefly talked and he promised he would call back. He didn't. Now I am leaving truthful reviews of how this company really operates. Pay an extra $25 and use a local company or anyone else. I would never use them again! They are non-responsive when they make a mistake and that is when you need a company to show their true colors.
