Affinity Title is a new title insurance company formed this year(May 4, 2009) and even though we are a new company we are not new to the title insurance industry. Sheila Del Castillo, formerly Sheila Alday, is the Owner and President of Affinity Title and has maintained 38 years in title insuranace. Tricia Martin joins her with 22 years of experience. Our Closers are all licensed and bonded as well as our Company. Customers can have confidence in Affinity Title Agency. Not only are we independently owned and operated, we are underwritten by First American Title Insurance Company which is one of the largest title insurors in the nation. We are located in exquisite Winthrop Town Centre, where architectural design, nature and man-made art blend together in a relaxing atmosphere. At 11248 Winthrop Main Street, Suite A, Riverview, Florida 33578, Affinity Title adds elegance to the Centre which is located at the corner of Bloomingdale Avenue and Providence Road in The Times Building. Our office faces Bloomingdale Avenue and is located on the 1st floor.
