+ -1 moreI have used Advanced Auto Air previously for work on this car (2010 Escape) and another, so I am a repeat customer. This service was even more exceptional than my earlier experiences. The car was acting up when stopping and I took it in for diagnosis and repair. They replaced the rear brake shoes for what I considered a very reasonable price and we got the car back earlier than they promised. Two days later, my wife noticed that there was a noise coming out of the rear when she stopped. We brought the car back in. When they found out we were leaving town the next day and really needed the car back, they went out of their way to get new shoes in and replace them that day without any additional charge. The level of professionalism and quality here is always outstanding.

+ -1 moreHis wife is his receptionist and she is always courteous and helpful. This little shop doesn't do the little stuff- like oil changes and tires- but Rick is the guy to go to if you need repairs and are in the area. Honest service, he won't fluff expenses, and quality work for a good price.
Description of Work: Rick is seriously one of the best mechanics in the area. I stumbled upon these guys about four years ago when the AC in my car went out. I took my car to two shops and was quoted over $500 in repairs. I did some online searching and this shop had great reviews, so I gave it a go- and have never left. Rick actually knew what he was talking about- explained what was going on with my AC and repaired it for under $100. I was in and out of the shop with working AC in less than an hour.
