Carlos answered and when I explained what was going on he said he'd be there that afternoon. When he arrived he agreed it was an old unit, but he simply opened it up and inspected it. He quickly found the problem, a bad connector, and went out to his truck to get the right part. He worked on it a bit to get it all repaired, and he also checked the unit over, plus he looked at the indoor unit to make sure it was ok. He was very knowledgeable, experienced, thorough and professional. He was also a very nice, personable man. When I thanked him for coming over the same day, he just said he doesn't like to leave anyone without heat or A/C. We were sure happy with the way it all turned out! His fee was very reasonable, and we highly recommend him!!

Great job. Fast and affordable. Prices were competitive with other vendors, but service is customer service is superior. Crew were friendly and professional. Work areas were completely cleaned on job completion.

I can not say enough good things about the company and the service provided by Carlos. My air conditioner went out Saturday around noon before a one week planned trip. Carlos arrived on site within an hour, diagnosed the problem and provided options for solution. I elected to replace the entire unit due to its age. He sent me a proposal via text message while I was on the road which I accepted. Upon my arrival he installed the unit within several hours. All of this was done with a "text handshake". The installation was wonderful. Attention to detail was excellent. He was onsite for almost all of the installation and when it was completed he provided a quality assurance check on the operation of the unit as will as it installation. I highly recommend Carlos Vega to you for your Air Condition needs.

Fantastic service. Very honest and even gave me a referral for another issue in the house. I am going to sign up for his yearly service to keep the ACs maintained too. I highly recommend this company. You will be glad you called Carlos to take care of your issue.

Carlos came out quickly and got our AC running again in no time. He was knowledgeable, cost was reasonable and he was pleasant to work with.

This company was fantastic. I have had multiple technicians from a home warranty company out in the past year and a half and honestly, they were pretty bad.  This gentleman, Carlos, was timely, efficient, pleasant and very knowledgable. He went the extra mile to help us with a difficult install and to help us find a piece from an old unit that wasn't readily available. He called us back and came out the very first day and had our A/C fixed by the second day! It is hard to find good technicians. This guy was great!  My husband and I both were very impressed. Would highly recommend Comfort Planners.

Even though he was almost done for the day, he hustled right out here - before dark, immediately diagnosed the problem and corrected it within 20 minutes (bad capacitor). ? Excellent communicator - he texted me after receiving my address. ?Texted me when he was on his way. ?Arrived promptly. ?Very friendly and professional. ?He came back for followup work today and called me when the work was completed. ? This guy is the real deal. ?Thank you Carlos - we will be calling on you again for all of our AC/Heating needs.

After work was scheduled, Carlos an the other workers showed up on time and worked nonstop until the job was done. It was a big job because our air handler is suspended from the ceiling of our utility room, and had to be brought to code. The work was done without incident and our house was cool again in no time. We were very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work of Comfort Planners. I would highly recommend them if you have issues with your heating and cooling.

My AC unit stopped working on a Sunday. After calling many different AC repair places I finally got in touch with Carlos at Comfort Planners at about 10am. By 10:30 he was at my home and by 11am my AC was up and running. It was only a blown fuse but he took the time to find the cause of it and repaired it quickly. He also cleaned out the drain on the unit. I really appreciated the fact that he came out on a Sunday so my family and I didn't have to endure a sweltering day.
