Awful nightmare. They didn't arrive when they said they would. They showed up well into the evening. repair guy was unqualified to do the job. Walked around for a full hour before even locating my septic tank after we already told him where it was. When I called the owner to complain, he argued with me and basically said he wasn't going to do anything about it. Owner was a bully and highly unprofessional. Paid them $250 and the job wasn't even done. they didn't even have the right part to make the repairs. Just wanted them to leave.
