I boarded my cat Baby for 18 days with A Country Cat House during the holiday season. This was my very first time. Of course I was super nervous as any pet owner would be leaving your little one for an extended amount of time. Patty and Betsy were absolutely fabulous! The level of professionalism, customer service and all out care they provided for your fur baby is top notch! Once I dropped of my 11yr old cat, I knew he would be loved and fully cared for 100%. They even sent me photos via email throughout the 18 days. I couldn't ask for a better boarding service. They truly love what they do. I knew my cat received the upmost loving care. I am truly grateful that your boarding facility even exists. Thank you ladies so much for all that you do for our cats!

terrible. they were in touch with us by text almost every day yet never informed us that our cat wasn't eating. She lost a pound while in their care!

The Country Cat House is such a nice environment. When we picked up Toby he was totally relaxed. He had a window to look out of during his four night stay, but you can choose a fish aquarium or TV for scenery. It is comforting to know someone is sitting right in the center of the room with the cat compartments. Toby will be visiting in the future. It is a relief to have someplace to take Toby when we are out of town.

Was referred to facility by my vet's office. I was anxious leaving my cat for almost 2 wks but after visiting prior to boarding and meeting Betsy I felt much less anxious. I also spoke with a returning client who reassured me all was good. Photos and a short video of my cat were sent to me during time of boarding - how great was that!!

Great place. Our cat needs some extra love, feeding 4 times a day. Patty cheerfully accepted the challenge and took great care of our cat. She had a nice view of Eastern Red headed cranes and all the other forest animals and had great care.

I wish we could vacation as luxuriously as our cat! The care he gets while at County Cat House is way beyond what we do for him at home.... Moreover, he is a "difficult personality", transforming from a cuddlebug into a hissing, spitting ball of fury when we arrive for drop-off. By the time I get back, though - Mr. Mellow. These staffers are quite extraordinary, and we are so grateful to him for putting up with our bad boy. KUDOS, and an A+ all the way around.

This place is fantastic. It is truly a luxury cat boarding facility. I left my four cats here for two weeks and they took excellent care of them. My wife and I received photos of them daily via email so we could tell they were okay. I will be using them again.

This place is great! I know no ones cat wants to go to a boarding facility, but if you need to board your fur babies this is the nicest facility we have ever used. The cats are in clean, large enclosures all with window views of gardens, bird feeders, and even tv if that’s what your kitty likes. Mine love each other but need to be separated at mealtimes which they easily accommodate at this Cat House. They take excellent care of the cats, and I highly recommend them. Take a tour and so will you.

They were extremely professional, the building/grounds are immaculate, and I love that they offer different views for the cats! Drop off and pick up were easy, and price was fine. I do wish that they took credit/debit cards instead of cash/checks only, but I understand that they get charged for card payments and being a small business, they need to keep expenses down. I can live with that slight inconvenience knowing that our cat is well taken care of!

I board my two cats at A Country Cat House whenever my family comes into town whose kids have allergies. It's really set up well- a small building detached from the main house, all the enclosures have window views of the gardens and bird feeders- it's like kitty tv! My two are siblings so have a love/hate relationship sometimes and it's nice to have them somewhere the staff is knowledgeable and knows when to separate them when they decide they've had enough of each other.

Excellent facility. Everyone there truly loves those little furballs. My cat was truly pampered with playtime and his daily brushings. He loved his courtyard/TV view. I think he was actually sad to come home after his 10 days. Highly recommend!

It was excellent. We have boarded our cat Jaymie there for over two years. One week was the longest we have boarded him until this trip. Patty and Ashley are wonderful. Very friendly, loving and caring Jaymie is 15 years old and enjoys his visits. He would be happy to stay there forever. He is on a couple of medication and this is never a problem. Already have him registered for our next vacation.

It went exceedingly well. They are very competent and caring. They send pictures of your cat every other day, at your request, which gives you a great feeling of comfort. The place is also exceptionally clean.

ACCH is a fantastic facility if you need a place for your cat to stay and be cared for for any length of time. The Owners and staff are highly professional, courteous and The building is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Each cat in residence is given daily one-on-one attention, super care and a great environment to live in. The almost daily emailed pictures of your cat is another plus. I will definitely bring my cat here again knowing that she will be cared for in the best of ways.

They are really like a cat spa! They have plenty of space for both my cats to jump and move around. The staff is very friendly and take the cats out to play with them. They go above and beyond to help their clients and are very reasonably priced. I will recommend them and continue to use them.

This is our second boarding experience with A Country Cat House and we will keep using them again. the first time we left our 2 cats, one is 16 yrs old and other is 3; they were well taken care of for 3 weeks. they have a military discount which helps. this year we just left them for 2 weeks and received pictures via email and report on how they were doing. they get exercise and have a nice view of the gardens in a lovely country garden out of the way from noise setting and no dogs to upset them. I can tell when they get home how it doesn't take long to readjust as in past with other facilities it took a week to get back on their schedule. thanks to the staff and keep up the good work. they are all very friendly and helpful. rita and jim creamer

Fantastic. It's a really beautiful place. It's set back far from the road so it's very quiet. The building where the cats are kept is surrounded by trees and is shady and there are windows where the cats can look outside and watch the birds. They take great care of my cats and I couldn't give them a higher recommendation.

The service was very good, my cat was very calm because she is already familiar with the staffs & they gave her their personal attention. Staffs are always friendly & helpful and they take care of the details very quickly.
