Ben Jones did not start the work on the actual date as per the agreement. He initially said that he will complete the work in 2 weeks. But he almost 8 weeks to complete the work. The new shower floor tile is not installed correctly. The floor is not even for the water to drain properly. The bathroom wall decor tile is not even with the wall tile. There is lot of gap between the wall and decor tiles. He did not use correct adhesive to fix the shower doors. With in one day of use, the adhesive was off the doors and it got stuck in the bathtubs. If any one wants to see the pics, please email me . I will forward it. Till date he did not come to fix the adhesive. Called another contractor to check how much it will cost to repair the issues what Ben Jones did for our bathrooms. They recommended to replace the shower floor tiles completely, replace the decor wall tiles to level the wall tiles and replace and fix the adhesive in the bathroom.
