Had them trim a few large mature trees a few years ago. Came when they said they would and did it quickly since they have a decent fleet of equipment. Didn't do it exactly as I had asked and didn't check with my wife when they were here - just did what they thought was normal and trimmed off most of the lower branches leaving the top. If I used them again, I'd be sure to be here when they were working and get explicit repeat back from them on exactly what they were going to do.
Price was a bit more than I expected for the amount of work: more than the small outfits I could have hired but stil less than the big arborist companies. They cleaned up their work very well.

They did what they said they were going to to and I did not have any problems with them. They are not cheap but they were not expensive and they did not gouge at all. When they left everything was gone and you did not know they were here.
