Needed a new vinyl liner for the pool. He answered the phone call, which I liked, so my questions could be answered (as opposed to a secretary). He was scheduled a few weeks out but let me know of an earlier availability when it arose. Communication was great and response to my message was rapid. He ensured small details would be included in the quoted price and even suggested the upgraded items at no additional charge. 50% down and the remaining balance at completion of service (quoted estimate is what I paid). The best part is that he has a voice perfect for movie trailers!
