The work was of good quality. Tracy Roberts and Jordan Albright were courteous and easy to work with. The work started immediately, on Feb. 26, and the rest was done by agreement between pre-scheduled jobs. Due to rainy days and Tracy being short-handed, there were some communication problems. The work was completed on March 22nd or 23rd.

Did not and would not hire. During several text messages he became rude and disrespectful because I was not sure of everything I needed and he did not show up for the estimate and cost analysis.

It didn't GO anywhere.

This is my second time working with Tracy Roberts Handyman. I needed several things done like drywall holes, partial kitchen demolition, exterior brick repair, loose faucet repair. He came with a team and they were friendly and kept the work areas clean too. Quality work!! I'll be calling him again for work in the future.

Tracy and Jamie were great. They repaired a lot of cedar siding rot as well as replacing supporting 2x4s where they were rotten. The areas they worked on were quite large. They also did extra things that I didn't even ask for. I would definitely hire them again and probably will.

Talked to Tracy Roberts twice. First day he said to fill out a form online and he would be out to my house in about 2 hours. I filled the form out on Angie's List and received a call about 3 hours laters from him and he asked if I had filled out the form. I told him I filled it out on Angie's List. He said I had to go to his website and fill his form out. He said he didn't use Angie's List's information. I filled his form out from his website and he told me he'd be in the area the next day and could he come out then. I told him that was fine. Never heard back from him, no phone call, nothing. By using his own website it appears he's using Angie's List leads and I can assume to bypass any commission he might have to pay them. He also states on Angie's List he takes credit cards. When we discussed payment options he said he didn't take credit cards I could pay him through PayPal as a friend. I called my credit card issuer, a U.S. Federal Government Credit Union, they advised me there would be no protection if something went wrong with the project and I would have to pursue any claims to PayPal directly. I suggest you stay away from this company.

Tracy and his helpers came by to give me an estimate on the same day that i called them. They did a great job. They replaced several pieces of siding and did some painting on my house that i was unable to reach. I will definitely use him again.

Very good. Tracy and his team were flexible in working with us as new or different issues arose. Very affordable considering the skill and work required. The house looks great and we are so glad we used Tracy and his team.

Tracy and his crew did an amazing job putting ship lap siding over our fireplace/hearth area and installing baseboards in our FSU Baptist Student Center. The painting work was extensive and the work was high quality and the lines were tight. This was a decent size job and they did it well. Very pleased.l

Do not hire this guy unless you have simple handyman tasks that can be done in a couple days. He was hired to remodel a bath and create a half wall in kitchen. He walked off job after two months with bathroom unfinished and ceiling falling in kitchen area. He yelled at us and told us we were ungrateful customers, yet he took 90% of our money. He lied about the need for a permit, after we were fined by city, he blamed it on us. He lied about a plumber he said he hired, when I contacted them for repairs they said they had never been to our house. He had 12+ workers coming and going randomly. He had a week where no one showed up to work. He did not help with work due to medical issue; even though I hired him. I ended up having to paint the various walls (this work was in his quote), and he criticized my work. I believe him to be prejudiced as he made several unprofessional statements. It was a true nightmare.

Our experience with them was the Best!! They came and gave a quote, Built just as I asked but better and Their Price was above Fair ! Tracy, Bennie and Michelle were so friendly and Hardworking, they were steadily building without taking but a couple of 15 minute breaks, WE ARE SO IMPRESSED , THANKFUL AND REALLY GLAD WE KNOW WE CAN HIRE THEM AGAIN FOR OTHER HANDYMAN JOBS WE MAY NEED!! It was a small job, but one that had kept me busy for hours: connecting my dryer to the vent on the wall. An "easy enough" project left me with cuts and sore fingers, not to mention a bruised ego. I found Tracy here on Angie's List and went to his website to put in a work order around 11:30pm. I expected someone to "get around to me" in a couple of days or so, as that is how it usually works, even though I was in desperate need of laundry! The next morning I was contacted, letting me know that he could get out there that day! He showed up when he said he would, spent very little time, and got everything connected perfectly, thereby saving my home from the inevitable lint fire from the kinked hose I had "installed." I would absolutely use them again for my handyman needs.

awesome! they said it would take 5days, we laughed. it took 5 days in the pouring rain. impressed.

Tracy quoted me a price and told me 5 days and he and Troy "Val" worked through some storms and finished on time. The difference in the original quote-which was a minimal increase -was agreed upon extra work we had him do since he was here. He and Val ended up doing some work on a neighbor's roof when he had finished my job, so it was convenient having him nearby the next two days as we put the finishing touches on our bathroom remodel and has questions or saw little things for him to fix--which he did.

He told me to fill out a form on his website and he would call me right back and schedule a visit to estimate the following day. I hung up, went online, filled out form and he never called me back.

First person sent out to pressure wash the house was lame. Tracy promptly sent another crew out and the entire project went very well. He offered some great suggestions for things I could do, and his estimate was what I paid! I’ll definitely use Tracy in the future!!!

Very well. Tracy and his crew did a great job dealing with the particular challenges presented by our property.

Big job, took several weeks, and Tracy ensured we could live in the house while repairs and renovations took place, and we were never without functional plumbing.

On 10-05-2017 I called Tracy Roberts @ 850-573-0492 and then at his suggestion go to his website; [*** Link removed ***] and entered my name and address and the work I needed to have done. I did so but never got confirmation that the email within the website went through. I got his name from Angie’s List listing him as a preferred Handyman. As of 10-11-2017 he had not called back or sent an email reply. Resent an email on his website again on 10-12-2017. He seems to have a problem with his website as hitting the submit button for comments with my information did not work, and I got no successful reply. Telephoned him on 10-12-2017 and he pulled up the emails on his computer and said he got the email even though it gives me no confirmation and I told him so. At any rate he was scheduled to come to our house on Saturday, 10-14-2017 @ 10:00am to give his estimate, but said he would call prior to 10:00 in case he is running late. No show / No call. I called him at 10:30am that Saturday and he answered the phone. I told him who I was and that he is now 30 minutes late and that he said he would call if he was running late. He gave me a story about his blood pressure being high and not feeling well. I said well that’s why you were supposed to call me as I have other things to do today as well. He then said, “I guess I need to call all the other customers to tell them I’m not coming today”. He said he could come by the next day (Sunday), and I said no that I would call him on Monday. I decided on Monday, 10-16-2017 not to call him back unless I couldn't find anyone else to do the job. Not being responsible to even show up on time and in this case not at all or call ahead usually means taking for ever to finish the job. He did call back on Monday, 10-16-2017 and said he would be in the area to do estimates and to call him back, but I didn’t. He has a wonderful website listing everything he does, licensed and insured information, etc.. Angie's list has over 100 reviews, most of them good and this was why I sought him out. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but if you can't follow through on the estimate, or call ahead of time to cancel and reschedule then it's not saying much about you or your business.

Made multiple calls to get Tracy out for estimate. He's not good about getting back to you or giving you much planning notice when he's ready to start the work. Thought the estimate for the work was a bit high, but I needed the work done quickly. Did not get a written estimate and when it was time to settle up, he said the estimated cost was $100 more than what he had told me. He agreed to what I remembered without arguing. I have requested written estimates on other work and have not yet received them. In all fairness, I told him it would be a month before I would have money for the work, but he promised a written estimate that I've not yet received. One job, laying laminate in 5x12 pantry, was so overpriced it was laughable, so I didn't have that work done.

Tracy showed on time and did good quality work very quickly. He was helpful by making suggestions and performing the work that would add sale value to the home. I was able to have Tracy do all of the work instead hiring several companies to do various parts of the job. Great job Tracy!

Ours was a unique situation in that we were not on site. I spoke with Tracy on the phone throughout the process. Tracy took care of us! We discussed ideas; settled on price, products, and got through a few snags along the way; easily over the phone. We are really happy with the outcome. The installer for our job was Will and he was very professional and pleasant. We spoke a few times on the phone and he did what he said he was going to do and didn't hesitate to go beyond. The job was done in two days as promised. Great customer service, I can't wait to see the new flooring myself. I did have a few people check in out and they all told me it was done very well. All of the work was done to our satisfaction. The crew worked hard and efficiently.

I contacted him on Friday before Memorial Day to get on his appointment list, I was in no immediate hurry to get the work done. He told me he was busy that day but could come out that Sunday or Monday to take a look, and he'd call me on Sunday - he never did. I called him about a week later to get an appointment scheduled, and again he said he was busy but for me to call him on Sunday and he'd setup a time for me early that next week to stop by to give an estimate. I called him that Sunday, he said he would be able to come out Monday morning on his way in to work to give an estimate. He would call me that morning and would let me know what time he'd be stopping by that morning. Never called me.
