I do not recall how much they charged me for the service. What stood out to me about them was their years of experience and their understanding of engineering and how to do it. They had a very fair price and they were off the charts in the quality of their work. People that are looking for deck work should know about them because they were very good. Jack was out of the country at that time and we had to wait for him to get back into the country but he took a winter break because we called them during the winter break. They were always on time. I would absolutely use them again in the future if I have to.

The experience with Jack's Docks & Decks Inc was very very good. Off the chart good. The amount of engineering that they put in to the deck, and the time and care that they took to do it properly - I was putting a hot tub on the deck, and he really went to a lot of trouble to make sure that it was properly supported. Their customer service is just outstanding. The quality of their workmanship is great. You really felt like they were a member of the family by the time they were done. They were such personable people, you hated to see them be done!
