Showed up on time and got the work done without any problems. Jared went the extra mile and made sure to install a strike plate on my door which was missing. I am glad that he paid attention to detail because I would have missed that. Since I did not have one he offered to use one from my closet door because my bedroom door gets more use. I can replace the closet one at my leisure. He cut the door to fit and set the hinges on perfectly. He also anchored the hinges all the way to the stud because my hinge screw holes were damaged. Would recommend!

Such a class act! Rich and his crew are the best! Everyone of them is a true professional. They were here everyday on time and if they were running late for what ever reason I always got a phone call letting me know what's going on. (nothing worse than waiting around for a contractor that doesn't show) always stayed until they finished what they had planned for that day. Rich spent a lot of time checking with me to make sure what he was doing was what I wanted. I actually enjoyed the time they spent here. Rich took out a window and cut the wall to put a door in and added a deck. Now I am the envy of the neighborhood.

I live in South Florida but needed someone in Tallahassee to help my son with a small project. He's a student and did not have the tools or a ladder to do it on his own. After waiting about a month for someone from Angie's List to contact me, with no luck, I decided to try Home Advisor. Less than 5 minutes after submitting my request, Richard from Creek Customs called me. He clearly stated how he could complete the project and what his charge would be. He said he could have someone at the home in about an hour.... and in about an hour, there was someone there that went over the project with my son and the work was completed, professionally and in a timely manner. A few hours later, I received an invoice and it was for the amount that Richard had quoted me. Thank you Creek Customs for helping out this long distance mom!
