ALIEN WORLD COMPUTERS

I used Alien World in the past and was very satisfied with Chris' work. However,I would not recommend him any longer. 
Here's why:  I called in late December needing computer work, and he was busy all week. So I agreed to wait, and we made an appointment for Friday of the following week. I was willing to wait, as I had been happy with his work in the past. 
The appointment time came for him to arrive, I was at my desk and had cleared my schedule to deal with these computer repairs. 
He called 15 minutes before our appointment  to say he wouldn't be coming after all because other jobs he had booked had taken too long. He offered to come the following week. 
In my mind, this is not professional, and not respectful of my schedule as a business person. 
I had an appointment which I had made far in advance, and he broke it with about 15 minutes notice, then offered to come -- four days later.

At the time we searched for a repair tech, Alien World was the only one listed on Angie's list in our area. It turned out that owner Chris Bartek lives in Quincy which was perfect for our Havana location. Chris was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with. It took him a couple of hours to accomplish our PC repair and evaluate our laptop (he worked on both simultaneously). He was also wonderful about answering our questions and concerns, as well as sharing his advice and experience regarding computer security. We will happily use Chris in the future and recommend him to others.

Chris was professional, courteous and went the extra mile in giving me some advice I hadn't even asked him for. Additionally, he provided additional computer service I hadn't expected and which he did for nothing.
