Simple. They removed old cover and installed new one of better material in 1 hour. Took 2 weeks to make and deliver.
Description of Work: Had 1 strap out of 50 come off after a year. Called for fix. After checking Cody determined my cover was defective and said it would be replaced. No Charge. Wow -2 weeks later they installed a new cover of better material. This is service and company integrity. Thank you. My cover is great.

This boat lift cover has provided 8-1/2 years of protection and appears that it will continue for several more. I have replaced the bungees once and may have to do the same within the next year, which I consider normal maintenance. The galvanized steel tubing is rusting a bit, but understand that they now use aluminum (a nice improvement). I personally removed and reinstalled the cover twice due to anticipated severe windstorms, which never really materialized. To my surprise, the cover still looks like it did when originally installed. The entire boat lift cover system has and continues to exceed my expectation and I am obviously very pleased. I will use Waterway for any future needs.
Description of Work: Provided all labor and materials for a 25' long, 13' wide boat lift cover in 2007.

Description of Work: I had waterway install a new version of the boats cover they put in at our home 10+ yrs ago. When I contacted them I also contacted their competition. That company came in with a lower price but the fact that the current frame and cover lasted so long, even through hurricane charley, I opted to give my business back to the Waterway.

Description of Work: Waterway installed a boat lift cover on an existing boat lift. They arrived as scheduled, performed a quality installation and completed the job in less than 4 hours. The canopy is high quality and looks good. They had several styles to choose from. I signed up for their hurricane removal program in case of expected high winds. Canopy cover removal is mandated by Cape Coral, FL.

Very Smooth. Helpful on the phone and showed up on site as planned. The only suggestion I have to those considering a boat lift cover is to buy it a few feet longer than what is recommended to be sure all areas of the boat are covered when sun is at different angles.
