Description of Work: I have gotten multiple different mortgages from Toby over the years for both purchasing and refinancing. I've always been impressed with Toby's professionalism and her desire to do what is best for her clients. I first met with her approximately 12 months before purchasing my first home to find out what I needed to do over the 12 months to put myself in a better position to buy. I would and have recommended Toby to family and friends and will continue to do so. She is the best!
