The first two years were free and when that ran out, I realized I had a 7 year warranty I had signed up for where they do things supposedly free. I call ahead so that I can get an appointment. When I go there, they take me in right away. I wish they could have been closer to where I live.

I'll continue to use them. Our cars are leased.

We just got new tires up in Connecticut and it was expensive. When we bought the van there, it’s the best place we could get. It’s near where we live. It’s a big organization and you expect that they are going to be good for you. The prices are probably higher than I might get in a small automotive maintenance place. The quality is good. We generally live it there overnight, drop the key in a box and the next day we come back and pick it up.

Tire service at Toyota is always quick and painless except for in the wallet. No smelly waiting rooms or tiny t.v.'s. Their facilities are great but, I feel like I'm paying a premium for it. Their service is professional, quick and thorough but, too pricey for me these days.

We've used them several times. The car was under warranty so there was no charge. We have used them for all the oil changes. The car never stalled again so it must have been water in the gas line. They were very good. They get us in very quickly. When I call, they ask when I want to come. The whole company is professional, whether it be the sales or service department.
