Our pool spa was taking a long time to heat.  Turns out the heater was turning itself off.  
My husband and I are not electricians, so we took these steps:
1.  Try turning it on manually, over and over.  Did not work.
2.  Ignore the problem and hope it fixes itself.  Did not work.
3.  Call a professional.
If you can write a check for it, it's not a problem, it's just an expense (this is a semi-famous quote).
I have used PME before, and every time, I get this gold-star treatment:  Lightning-fast replies to my calls or texts, on-time arrival for appointments; friendly, expert, and personable electricians.  They are so clean on inside work you would never know anyone had been there.  
You might expect them to be expensive, but no.  They work to keep their prices affordable for everyone.  The quality of their work and advice is worth more, but I am glad that they are humble enough to serve the community through affordable pricing.  The owner is a young family man, and it is inspiring to see his service orientation, and know that we can enjoy PME's service for many years to come.  
I recommend Phil Magill Electric for anyone who worries that they might be ripped off with extra work or high prices.  You can be assured that you will receive outstanding work at very fair prices.

Love this company!
They are professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and friendly.
We called Phill the day after July 4th, basically a holiday, in an electrical bind.  He came out promptly and when he said.  Took his
time to talk with us.  Listened to our concerns, ideas and thoughts.  Came back with several quotes that night.
Phill and his coworker showed up early on the date to work and finished the entire job in less than four hours.  Both Phill and his coworker did an excellent job.  No short cuts were taken and the quality of work was refreshing. 
First class work all around.

I had some trouble finding someone local who could deal with the high ceiling. One company I called, based on their ratings on Angie's List, referred me to Phil Magill Electric. He knew they had the necessary ladder, and said he wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
I called yesterday and they were able to come today, exactly on time. (I had also asked Phil's opinion on other work I'd been contemplating, and he told me he honestly didn't think it was worthwhile - I appreciate that!) Phil and Russ brought in their monster adjustable step ladder, which can deal with higher jobs than my ceiling, and set to work. With no wasted time or effort, the fan was soon installed, and any debris or packing material was cleaned up and removed. It was very professionally done - I have great confidence in them. They were also very pleasant to deal with, and I recommend them unequivocally.

Phil and his associate Russ( a skilled electrician in his own right) arrived as scheduled and began working. They were able to work independently but also as a team. The lighting part of the job and the additional outlets went like clockwork but the rewiring was a little tricky.Actually, after I knew what was involved I didn't think it was possible to get to where those wires were located. We have a 2 story house and all the wiring for the ceiling lights runs through the small(about 1 ft) space between the two floors. Phil was able, with the use of some skilled camera work to drill through some wall board in this space and go over, around and through with the wiring to allow a wall switch to be installed where there was none. This was quite a feat. My wife and I were very pleased with the work they did. Both Phil and Russ are professionals and  always do their work the right way, not necessarily the easiest way. They are the kind of people you want to do work in your home. I would recommend them highly to do any electrical or lighting work you need.
