The duct work has many air leaks, wrong size ducts in at least 2 places. the reason for a delay in finding the problem is I am too old to crawl around in the attic so I trusted this company to do a quality installation.
On Sunday August 8 2013 my compressor stopped , while trouble shooting, the tech found a joint in the return had come apart. He taped this up and turned unit back on.
I asked him to check all the ducting, he came back on Wed. 7 August and found numerous problems with the ducting. I called the company and asked that Mr. O'Bannon contact me. Having recieved no contact I called O'Bannon & Son again today Fri. Augest 2013 and was told that the company had been sold, a representitive called me and informed me that he could not help me.
