They arrived in the time. They said they were going to. They gave me a price and that was not changed. I liked getting the text with picture of person coming. I loved the speediness of the repair and I was quoted a price and that is what I paid not more after repair started. He was friendly and courteous along with the person in the office who I talk to they were also friendly and courteous.

Tech came earlier than originally told (not a problem). Tech was professional and did a super job. Cleaned vent and verified dryer working properly. Also replaced dryer vent line from dryer to wall.

The technician arrived promptly. He determined that the problem was in the printed circuit board and that it needed to be replaced. The cost of the circuit board was more than I was willing to pay as the fridge was over ten years old. I was only charged the service charge, and purchased a new refridgerator at Lowes.

They were on time and got my washer up and running in no time! They even explained some of the functions like extra spin time on the washer that was not obvious. I would definitely use them again!

It worked out fine. I would call them if I need anything. I was on their maintenance program for awhile before I sold my house. They were pretty responsive. The work was very fast and efficient. He came and fixed it and it was fine. I was very pleased with it.

They did a fine job, and we have no complaints.? We didn't pay anything. The refrigerator stopped cooling, and they came in and tore it apart, replaced the part, and it's been working fine ever since.?

It worked out very good.? They're really wonderful.? They found the problem; it didn't need fixing, but they were able to find the problem.? Their price was very reasonable.? I would give them A's straight through.? I would use them again in the future if I needed to, without hesitation.? It didn't take them long to find the problem with the refrigerator; it was pretty simple.?

The estimate was way to high and it was for work they had already done. So it did not work out to well for us. I don't remember if they charged us for the estimate. I do remember that we got a bill that we called them and said "We're not going to pay this." I think they just took it off. I kind of would have to go with a "D" overall because they estimated something like $600 and we got it fixed for $125. They did come out when they said they were going to.
