Mike's Lawn Maintenance

Trees were removed and left in a sloppy pile by the street. The Waste Management company refused to pick it up since it was not cut to the appropriate size. I have to personally cut the wood so it was acceptable; since I have back problems this was very difficult and painful for me.
They removed rotted wooden siding and said they needed to collect money in advance to purchase materials to make repairs.
The work was sloppy and it was left unpainted even though they said they would paint it. They were also supposed to replace an exterior outlet but left it exposed to the elements.
When I called to ask when I could expect the job to be finished I was told by Mike Hass the owner that he would come back but it would cost me extra even though the price had been pre-negotiated.
