Excellent experience-from the initial phone call to completion of AC install they were courteous, professional, prompt, and efficient!

FANTASTIC !!, Chris & Renee ( owners/operator of Licensed to Chill SWFL Inc ) were the kind of business folks with which I like to work. Renee handles the phones/appointments- she is very polite & courteous. Chris is also professional - he showed up on time for the appointment , was very informative & gave options for the job ( which decreased labor & time ) his competitors wanted to take twice as long to complete the same job. His estimate was nearly 50% less than his competitors. He arrived on time for the job, cleaned up as he worked & hauled away the old duct work & replaced the house siding. He is a master craftsman. We had " Chilled " air the same day he started !! The next day one of his employees came out to finish the installation. A couple of days later I realized the house wasn't cooling as much as expected ( the outdoor temp was in the 90's) I called Renee, Chris called me back quickly, we discussed the issue that evening. He was out the next morning and fixed it promptly. Since then the house has been so comfortable ! We will continue to use Licensed To Chill SWFL Inc for all of our future AC/H maintenance !!

When I contacted License to Chill my information was taken and the Service man was at my door that day. He was able to locate the problem with my air conditioning and fix it the same day. It was a very hot and humid day so definitely needed the air. The price was very reasonable and Service was Great! Friendly, professional and quality work! Interviewed and invited quotes from 5 pre selected very well rated HVAC companies. Licensed to Chill, although somewhat new to this area, became fully licensed in Florida under the new statutes requiring rigorous 1 1/2 days of testing with high failure rate. Administratively, technically, value of service, personally, transparent, honest...... Chris proved to be the absolute right choice. They exceeded  expectations with their thoroughness and neatness of their work. Chris's experience and professional knowledge far exceeded the other companies interviewed and his unassuming personality was a pleasure to work with. These people are the best, look no further!

The owner of the company, Chris, came to our home at our request  to give us an estimate  to replace our existing central air conditioner. After spending over an hour inspecting  our existing system both inside and out he was ready to answer all our questions and we had many! Chris is very knowledgeable and explained to us that he has been in the industry for over 20 years.He spent over 2 hours with us and promised to email us an estimate with the different  brands  and different seers we were  interested in. We decided to go with a 16 seer unit as Chris had explained the benefits of a high efficient unit.  We agreed on a installation date and Chris and his assistant was right on time. They had to rebuild the duct work that attached to the air handler as it was not up to Chris' standards even though it was not part of the agreement. He did not charge us any extra for this and it took him at least 2 hours extra to finish.                                                                                                                                                                       All the work was completed to our satisfaction in a very timely manner. Chris and his assistant were very professional .I would highly recommend him. His price was fair, his work was excellent,
