I was told that since these are custom panels I had to pay the $ upfront, so I wrote a check for $408.16 I waited 2 months and finally called him only to find that the panels came in, but someone else received them, so more were ordered. Once they came in he scheduled a date to install, but he never showed or called. After numerous call he set another date, and again no show no call. Now I want a refund, but he no longer takes my calls or returns my messages. I fear that I've been scammed.
