Two technicians, Eric and John, worked on the new system for a total of 19 hours, over the course of two days. The technicians were knowledgeable and polite. On the second day they were tightening up some loose ends to make the job look neat and clean. I am very happy with the installation and the effectiveness of the new unit.
Bruce, the vice-president of the company personally came out and inspected the work and made some minor recommendations to his crew. He used a thermometer to check the temperature in every room to see how it compared to the thermostat mounted on the wall. He also adjusted the louvers on every vent register in the house for maximum effectiveness. This attention to detail is why I'll use Kennedy Heating and A/C for preventative maintenance of the unit.
We are more than happy with all aspects of our first use of Angie's List. Thankfully, it did just what it was set up for.
He was professional, friendly, courteous and honest. I wanted the ?Angie?s list family? to know about him,
because I am a happy customer!
