Over the course of a few days, my entire air conditioning system was changed out and cold air returns were installed in all of my home's bedrooms.  They removed and disposed of the old unit.  I got an amazing deal on a new system!  The workers were polite, punctual and cleaned up after themselves. They also offered assistance in procuring rebates and assisted me in gathering all the information necessary for my warranty.  The experience was a good one and I feel I made the right choice in selecting Kennedy Heating and Cooling.  I wholeheartedly recommend the company to anyone needing an air conditioner repaired or replaced.

Two technicians, Eric and John, worked on the new system for a total of 19 hours, over the course of two days.  The technicians were knowledgeable and polite.  On the second day they were tightening up some loose ends to make the job look neat and clean. I am very happy with the installation and the effectiveness of the new unit. 

Bruce, the vice-president of the company personally came out and inspected the work and made some minor recommendations to his crew.  He used a thermometer to check the temperature in every room to see how it compared to the thermostat mounted on the wall.  He also adjusted the louvers on every vent register in the house for maximum effectiveness.  This attention to detail is why I'll use Kennedy Heating and A/C for preventative maintenance of the unit.

He’s been out here before. He’s just a real good guy to work with. Prompt, clean, personable, professional. He doesn’t try to sell you on a unit if he can fix it. He gave me 3 different options and gave me a quote on a new one – he didn’t try to sell me anything. I’ve always appreciated that.He  put me on the schedule quickly and came on time. We decided to install a new HVAC system in our house since the present one had some leaks that needed repair every 6 months.We contacted 6 different HVAC contractors in the area to get their proposals for the size of the system, manufacturer, cost and any additional work to the system that needed to be done. Kennedy's price for the system which included a Trane unit was the most competitive bid and since we had used them to install a new 200 amp electrical service in our house the year before, we used them. They had also suggested reworking some of the ductwork since the present ducts were not up to code and could not cool all the rooms throughout the house. A good contractor will go up into the attic and measure the supply and return lines to make sure that a new system will move the air efficiently throughout the house. Make sure any contractor you consider goes up into the attic to evaluate the air handler and duct work. Kennedy is a very professional company and you can rest assured that you will get a competitive price and their communication and quality of work is excellent.

great, on both occasions. after finding kennedy's on angie's list, i called for an appointment. the receptionist was very professional, answering all my questions and concerns. the techs always called to say they were on the way. after arrival tested the equipment and replaced worn parts. answered my plethora of questions very patiently. and i used the coupon offered on this website! overall a great experience at both my homes

It went well it was a complicated job. The installer was accompanying it was a complicated electrical job and he did a fine job he did not leave a mess. I am satisfied with the outcome.

Perfect.  Honest professional work at a reasonable and fair price.  "Bruce" has been servicing my system for about 2 years now.  The previous contractor was a total ripoff.  Kennedy came highly recommended and I would not hesitate to pass along an excellent reference for them.

It was under warranty so I didn’t pay anything the last time.  They are a good company and they are easy to work with.  They are very accommodating.  I worked with Bruce, he has been here several times, then Lee came the last time, and they both were just knowledgeable, courteous and professional.  They did all the work in a timely manner.  The receptionist was helpful as well and she was very accommodating.  They even did callbacks to make sure everything was okay.

They did a wonderful job. They took their time, and were very cordial.

They were very efficient.  They came out within 24 hours of our call.  They serviced our AC and they didn't find anything wrong with it.  We were very pleased with their service.

One of our office ACs stopped working. We in the afternoon and they were here first thing next morning. Found the problem.  Had to order part. Contacted us later to let us know when part would be received and when they would be back. Part came following Monday and they were back first thing Tuesday to do repair.  

We were quite happy with their services.
