J & L Remodeling

Easy to work with responsive and reasonable.  Made living through a remodel easy.

this is the second project. Last fall J&L painted entire interior of newly purchased home and did some remodeling of the kitchen. Also laid tiles in three bedrooms and laundry room. This project was to create a wall with French ours that closed off an open space ending up with an office/extra bedroom. Jim and his crew work expertly and efficiently. They are very responsive and make well thought out suggestions for guiding the overall project. They clean up everyday and the end result is a high quality job at a reasonable price.

Jim did excellent work in a timely manner.  He even started the job early !  He knows what he is doing and is genuinely a nice guy. Jim is very particular with the final product/work.

Excellent service and results, at a modest price. I would recommend them to others.

very responsive, although very busy. Did my siding job with little supervision since I live 1500 miles away. We did have one minor miscommunication. There was a section of siding that I thought would be repaired but wasn't. According to Jim, I did not request it.

Jim was on time to put in a counter top. The work came out great, he left no mess. Great job!

The work was absolutely lovely. Jim Pitt was excellent to work with and de was really honest. He discussed all the materials and prices with me continually. He was accommodating to my needs. He made the changes when we discussed new ideas. He was very easy to work with. He was always positive. He cleaned up entirely and left no mess behind. There were minor delays but nothing that could be avoided. He was prompt and completed the work to my satisfaction. I interviewed 6 contractors for this project I really appreciated Jim's domineer and attitude. The cost was never in question. He communicated with me effectively and made me aware of all changes. The doors are spectacular. The doors are heavy but they slide with ease. The entire quality of the work was outstanding! If I have a need for remodeling work in the future I will be sure to call Jim Pitt.
