Isles Pool Service

We just bought a home with an inground pool. Having never had a pool before we wanted the pool cleaned, and the equipment checked, and we wanted to convert to a salt system. The owner, Ofer, came himself for the consultation, the pool tech was here the next day to get the pool cleaned and a few days later for the conversion. Ofer came back himself the day after the conversion to check to see that the system was working well. Wonderful people, very pleased with the price and service.

The service was prompt and professional. I called on Monday, and on Tuesday the owner, Ofer Nadel, came and identified the problem. He also spent time with us, explaining the workings of the spa. We needed a new pump. That same afternoon a technician came and installed the new pump. I would highly recommend this company.

Ofer Nadel arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He explained spa system to me, how it all works and how I should operate it and maintain it. It is a complex system with a heat pump, solar, salt cell. He ansered all my questions and was very patient with me. I was enjoying my spa the same day. Thanks Ofer.

I have done business with this firm for the last five years. Molly, an employee of Isles Pool Service has been cleaning our pool on a weekly basis. She is always pleasant, thorough, and does an excellent job. When .last pool heater failed, Ofer Nadel, owner of Isles Pool Service was at my home within the hour. When I told him I was in the market for a new heater, he had the new heater up and running within 24 hours. This company, its owner, and the employees truly exceed expectations.

The installation went fine and our new system is working very well. We are so happy with it. Ofer does a great job!

Contacted this company throughAngie's list. Ofer Nadel came out, promptly and on time. Told us about their services, and gave us his assessment of needs for our pool. We contracted with him for ongoing pool service and a new pump. He exhibits a thorough knowledge of pools and the associated equipment. Our pool bottom was stained and I was anxious to get it looking good. Ofer said we could try a chemical treatment but he was afraid that the bottom might have to be refinished. I then returned to our home in Kissimmee. (We do not live here full-time, yet) Two days later Ofer sent me an email entitled: and quot;Prepare to be amazed.and quot; He had attached before and after pictures of the pool bottom which now looked as good as new. We have now contracted with him for solar heating for the pool and we'll let you know how that goes.

Still have them as my maintenance provider, seems to be prompt and reliable. Needed a new pool cleaner and they put it in at no charge. Been changing filters as needed.

I am on a yearly contract and give them all A's. I will use them again in the future.

They did a great job - emptying the pool, removing the old fiberglass surface, resurfacing, refilling the pool and treating the pool for an additional three weeks. The majority of the work was completed while we were out of town. We were happy that there was no "collateral damage" - the surrounding pool area was clean and the pool cage intact. Our pool is 12' X 32'.
