Of course, the problems happened on a Saturday night, but Ryan took my distress call, and gave me advice to avoid making the problems worse.  
Ryan came out on Monday, and quickly found the toilet blockage extended all the way to the sewer.  Fortunately, his tools did too, and the clog was soon a thing of the past.   
The kitchen sink also proved no match, as a couple of new parts stopped the drip.  I was happy I didn't have to purchase a whole new faucet.  
Ryan cleaned up his work areas really well, until there was no indication he'd been here at all!
 I would recommend Ryan to anyone who is suspicious of getting taken advantage of.  Ryan truly wants to provide the lowest cost solution, and gain a long-term customer.  He really cares what you think of his service.
