Nice professional group was very impressed.

That went fine. They were efficient.

But, I was unable to use their services because my property is outside their management area.

I highly recommend them if anyone is looking for a real good company or management team for property management. I think that their whole service is above and beyond when compared to other realtors and such services that I have used. They were outstanding in everything they did. They covered all the bases and did everything to my satisfaction 100 percent. I paid a really good fee for their services.

Gordon Derrington was my agent for the purchase of a bank owned home. He spent all the time I needed over two days of showing properties, and followed up with tremendous assistance in facilitating the sale and numerous other personal favors such as being there to permit entry to workers and receiving my vehicle from shipment, etc. I know the commission from a shared broker sale on $60,000 home is very small, relative to much more expensive properties, but Gordon never let that bother him in his efforts to assist me in any way that I asked. I live well outside the area and could not be there in person for any of these events, so Gordon's help was invaluable. I have made a good friend as well.
