Things went very smoothly! This is a small company with excellent service and top notch quality workmanship. They removed my old, straight cool, equipment and replaced it with a new Heat Pump system. A defective thermostat turned out to be only a minor problem, but it was replaced within an hour. I highly recommend this company. Would I hire again? Absolutely!!!

Henry always does excellent work, and in one particular case shortly after i moved into my house, i was having trouble cooling and heating the far side of my house, Henry found the problem, corrected it and the entire house has been comfortable ever since.

I have them return every year for an annual a/c check and tune up. this keeps everything running at it's best.

Croys Cooling has done my air conditioner for the past 5 years. I would not trust anyone else at this time. Henry is always on time, does a wonderful job. He is fair in his pricing, and has always been that way. I trust this company alot. When you call for an appointment, Mrs. Croy alway asks if your unit is working. I think it is wonderful that they will always take care of you first, if your unit is not working. It is a great comfort to know that, especially in this heat.

I have used them every time I have had a problem with my A/C since they did very good work the first time I used them back in 2004. I had two very old A/C units (dual zone system) that needed yearly service. I also used them to replace one of the A/C compressor units when it finally didn't make economic sense to keep fixing it anymore, and they did an excellent job on the replacement. They typically fixed the problem with one service call in less than 1 hour, charging for one hour of labor plus parts. The owner, Henry Croy, is very experienced, and fixed problems without doing unnecessary work. He finds simple solutions. He is trustworthy. He has never proposed to do anything beyond what is actually necessary. His charges have always been reasonable. He also usually comes within 3-4 hours after I call him in an emergency (A/C no working at all), and has never been late for an appointment.

He has always done an excellent job. Leaks are the toughest thing to find, and he keeps at it until he finds the leak, and never overcharges for needless replacement parts if the leak is in the tubing or connections.
