Creative Window Treatments

I was impressed throughout the process. It is owned and operated by a husband and wife. I origanllay was planning on getting a faux or composite shutter due to the humidity here in Florida and the worry or warping. June reassured me that a properly constructed real wood stutter would not warp. She even noted that a customer had one installed inside a garage without AC. In addition, there was a lifetime warranty on the shutters and should the ever be a problem the manufacturer would be out to remedy. This is confirmed as one of the slats was a bit bent and they were out to note the exact one as the dimensions are very specific to each point on each window. They came again a week or so later to replace it With a newly constricted slat. Hows that for service? I noticed when Eddie came out initially to measure the Windows he measured in 4 places along each window. I asked why so many measurements and he informed me how window frames are all slightly different dimensions and it ensures a proper fit. They look amazing and they creat the character of the home. I love them.

Everything looks outstanding! The workmanship was excellent and the owners came out personally to make sure everything was fine to our satisfaction. They were professional, friendly and I would highly recommend them in the future!

Installation went ok. Salesman had to come back to make adjustments. Shades perform well. Biggest complaint is the hardware used is already rusted. For the price the hardware (screws & brackets) should be stainless steel. After all they are installed on a Lania and is subject to hares Florida weather.
