Excellent. The estimator arrived as scheduled. He provided a very clear quote with several pricing options. After agreement on a contract,, we scheduled an installation date within a few days. The installation team was on time, very professional and efficient. The removal of the old system and installation of the new was completed in less than a day. I was particularly impressed with the appearance of the final mproduct and the quality of the installation work. In addition, they scheduled a follow-up inspection by a supervisor after a few days. This gave me time to get used to the new system and come up with any questions. The supervisor inspected the work, answered any questions that I had, then scheduled the county inspection.Hopefully, I won't be going the replacement route agan soon, but I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs this type of work done.

There were two units that got inspected. She hadn?t had it inspected for about six years. The person who came out was the owner, Steve Balcomb. He did a great job and didn?t try to hustle for anything. He charged exactly what he said he would. I have recommended him to several people and they have all been very happy with him so far.

The people were very professional and told me exactly what I needed. They did an excellent job of putting it in. The house is 26 years old, and they did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. They did the job in about a day and a half.
