CHARLOTTE EXTERMINATING

Eddie came to my home on July 31. Ghost ants had first appeared on my counters and now were all over the house. He sprayed the house and told me he would come back at no further cost to me if I had any more problems within 2 months. At that time I advised him that I thought the ants were coming out of the counter receptacles. All was well until Sept 16 when the ants were back on the counters despite all the precautions I was taking. I called Eddie and he came back on Sept 18. I dont know what he did as I left the house as he requested. Two days later I opened a kitchen cabinet and the ants were all over a shelf and a closed plastic container that contained cereal. They were also in the container even though the lid was closed. I called Eddie and he said he would come back on Monday Sept 23 between 1-2 PM. to put something in the receptacles. He did not come, he did not call and I have not heard from him again. I went to Ace Hardware and bought some Terro and am taking care of the ants as best I can. One additional comment...with the exception of the very first time I called him, he has never returned a call when I have left him a message on his answering machine. I have always had to recall and recall until he finally answered the phone.
