+ -1 moreHe was excellent. On time, professional, very neat & cleaning up throughout the entire process. He went beyond what we expected by getting a bit of cement to fill in where the old cabinet base was and the new cabinet base didn't cover. We highly recommend him. What's really nice is that he has a general contractor license here in Charlotte County so he can do just about everything. We'll definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Bob did removal of old summer kitchen on lanai and installation of new cabinets for Lombardo Tile & Flooring. We don't know his cost as we are dealing with Lombardo for the entire project which includes cabinets and granite counter.

+ -1 moreBob was great. Showed up early and stayed as long as it took to get the job done. He was very timely with the permit process. The work was completed within a week and a half.
Description of Work: Removed a side garage door and cement blocked the opening. Removed the master bath window and replaced it with glass block. Installed a raised cement pad for a whole house generator complete with footing, block work, steel and the concrete for the elevated pad.
