+ 0 moreHe came out and took measurements. I paid him the 450 dollars. He then vanished. He was a friend of mine so I did not expect this. I've been trying to get the money back since September of 2010 and he absolutely refuses to pay me back. He essentially robbed me of $450. He always promises to pay me but always has an excuse. Avoid Eric Swinbrook at all costs regardless of the service he is going to provide.
Description of Work: Eric was going to install canvas hurricane shutters.
